1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Our Services

Myrtle Beach Concrete (Eddy Contracting, Inc.) provides residential and commercial concrete services in the Grand Strand area of South Carolina. Every quote is based on the property and the job, and we confirm the price with you before any work begins.

3. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

This messaging program sends quote follow-up, scheduling, appointment reminder, project update and customer support messages to customers who requested information through our website forms and explicitly opted in to SMS. Opt-in is collected through web forms with dedicated, unchecked checkboxes for SMS consent: one for non-marketing messages and a separate one for promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up the same way you did initially, and we will resume sending messages.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your project and scheduling, up to 4 messages per month for each message type you opted in to. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and most regional carriers.

7. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to take part in our SMS program.

8. Compliance

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, for SMS communications.
